The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus/ orders/ directions to the respondents to reimburse a sum of Rs. 24, 61, 596/- paid by the petitioner towards the medical expenses incurred on the treatment of late Sh. Ved Prakash along with 18 % interest, in the interest of justice. b) Pass any other or further order, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

and the service matters of DDA are to be heard by the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the fact that this writ petition was filed in the year 2023, instead of directing the Petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and approach the Tribunal afresh, this Court is inclined to direct that this petition be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal for a decision on merits. 4.

The Registry is directed to transfer the entire set of the paperbook to the Central Administrative Tribunal.

The parties are directed to appear before the Registrar of the Central Administrative Tribunal on 30.04.2024.
