By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No. 150/2025 dated 31.01.2025 registered at PS.: Nabi Karim, Delhi under Section U/s 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 70(1)/79/115(2)/189(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

In view of the fact that there is/ are no change in circumstances since the dismissal of the earlier bail application by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 29.10.2025, learned counsel for the applicant, after some arguments, seeks to withdraw the present application. 3.
