By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction the respondent no.1 to consider the request of the petitioner and issue sanction for prosecution of respondent no.3 2.

Learned ASC, at the outset, submits that proceedings based on the complaint made by the petitioner are still pending and the Delhi Police officials are taking appropriate action (s) in accordance with law. 3.
