O R D E R
% 14.02.2019 1.
Further to the previous orders of this Court dated 15.01.2019 & 05.02.2019, which had required respondent No.3/International Customs Division to forward and verify the Certificate of Origin in respect of 59 bills of entry, it is submitted that in fact the Union Government through Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs had forwarded 59 COOs, to the DRI with a copy to the respondent No.4/Nhava Sheva Port Trust. 2.
In the light of these submissions, it appears that the goods have since been cleared on provisional basis; the final adjudication, therefore, has to be proceeded with and completed by respondent No.4. 3.
In view of these developments, no further directions are necessary. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of.
