BAIL APPLN. 86/2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 574/2015 under Sections 307/34 IPC.

This is second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner, earlier having been withdrawn by the petitioner before this Court on 30th November, 2018.

Learned APP for the State informs that the petitioner has already been declared a proclaimed offender thus in view of the decision reported as 2012

(8) SCC 730 Lavesh vs. State (NCT of Delhi) and 2014 (2) SCC 171 State of M.P. vs. Pradeep Sharma the present petition seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable and is thus dismissed.
