W.P.(C) 403/2019 & CM APPL. 1887/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed today in Writ Petition (C) No.380/2019 (listed before Court No.8); he has instructions not to press the present writ petition but prays that similar directions be issued. In view of the order passed, it is also agreed in this case as well that writ petition will be treated as a representation and the

same would be decided within six weeks after giving a hearing to the petitioner.

With these observations, as jointly prayed, the writ petition is disposed of. Objections with regard to maintainability of the writ petition are kept open.
