The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking expeditious disposal of the review application being I.A. No. 3062/2025 along with Securitization Application bearing S.A. No. 287/2025 titled 'Shree Ganesh Metalloy Ltd. & Ors. v. Aditya Birla Capital Ltd.'
