The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following directions: "(a) issue an appropriate writ and / or appropriate directions thereby staying the recovery proceedings before the Ld. Recovery Officer, DRT-II, Delhi in R.C. No. 167 of 2016, titled Central Bank of India vs Shree Krishna Enterprises & Ors, till the petitioners' case being Appeal No. 149/2017 is heard on merits by the Ld. DRAT, Delhi.

(b) Any other order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances in the instant case in the interest of justice."

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed an appeal being Appeal no. 149/2017, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. assailing the Impugned Order before the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as, 'DRAT'). However, the same has not been taken up for hearing and is still pending for adjudication.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some length, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an urgency application before the learned DRAT seeking early hearing of the appeal.

Learned counsel for respondent has no objection to the same. 5.

In view of the above, the petitioners are permitted to move an appropriate application with regard to their urgency before the concerned DRAT, Delhi.

As soon as the urgency application is filed, we expect the concerned DRAT to consider and pass an order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
