The cost, which was imposed vide order dated 27.09.2024, has not been paid till date. On the last date of hearing, i.e. 06.12.2024, it was ordered that the cost, so imposed, will be paid within a period of one week. 3.

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners, when the case was called out. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending application also stands disposed of.
