% 14.01.2020 On the last date, Mr. Neeraj Kumar had entered appearance on behalf of respondent no.3 and submitted that he did not wish to file reply.
On the last date of hearing, fresh notice was issued to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in addition to awaiting service. Service report indicates that service through ordinary process was not executed due to the expiry of date qua respondent No. 1. With respect to respondent No. 2, the endorsement is „not found/not available‟ and hence the notice is unserved. Speed post has been returned with an endorsement that respondent No. 1 has left the premises.
Issue fresh notice to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 through all permissible modes, returnable on 18.03.2020.
Petitioner undertakes to furnish fresh address of respondent nos. 1 & 2, within a period of one week. Upon the petitioner
furnishing the fresh addresses, notice would be issued on the said addresses.
