The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, seeks the following prayers:- <a) call for the records from the court of Shri Vivek Kumar Aggarwal, JSCC-cum-ASCJ-cum-GUARDIAN JUDGE 02 WEST, Tis Hazari Courts of the case titled as <Pritam Singh Vs Manmohan Aneja= being the file of Eviction Petition bearing No. 79640/2016 b) set aside the impugned order dated 10.11.2025 passed by Shri Vivek Kumar Aggarwal, JSCC-cum-ASCJ-cum- GUARDIAN JUDGE 02 WEST Tis Hazari Courts in case bearing no. RC ARC NO. 79640/2016 titled as <Pritam Singh Vs Manmohan Aneja= c) pass an order for dismissal of petition bearing no. RC ARC NO. 79640/2016 titled as Pritam Singh Vs Manmohan Aneja. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the latter have arrived at a mutual settlement, whereby the petitioners shall vacate the subject premises by 10.11.2026 and the respondent does not insist on payment of use and occupation charges. It is also pointed out that in terms of the impugned order dated 10.11.2025, the cost of Rs. 1 lakh shall be paid to the respondent on or before 10.11.2026. It is agreed that the present agreement is in suppression of the impugned eviction order dated 10.11.2025. 4.
In view of the above, counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
