% 25.02.2026 By way of the present criminal revision petition filed under sections 438 and 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023('BNSS') read with section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act 1984, the petitioners impugn order dated 03.12.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in Mt. Case No.606/2024.

After briefly hearing Mr. Ravi Gupta, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, and in view of the fact that by way of impugned order dated 03.12.2025, the learned family court has only granted maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month (to the wife and minor son) by way of an interim order; and the main petition filed under CRL.REV.P.(MAT.) 117/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. section 144 of the BNSS is still pending consideration before that court, this court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order inter-alia by reason of section 438(2) of the BNSS. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of, with liberty to approach the learned family court for any relief, as may be permissible, in accordance with law.
