Counsel for respondent points that LPA No.705/203 which was listed before the Division Bench of this Court was dismissed on account of delay. 3.

However, in the Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 10550/2025 filed against the said dismissal, the Supreme Court, by order dated 05th May 2025, has set aside the order dated 27th November 2024 in the LPA, subject to respondents paying cost of Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner. 4.

Counsel for respondent states that costs have been paid, which is however, refuted by counsel for petitioner.
