CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR

O R D E R

% 16.01.2019 Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 140/2017, under Sections 342/370/374 of IPC and Section 16 under Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, Sections 33/14 of Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, Section 23 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of raid conducted, three minor children were recovered and they have in their statements recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., named petitioner as accused.

Upon hearing and on perusal of FIR of this case, I find that the gravity of offence does not entitle petitioner to concession of pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
