Mr. Mukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Respondents appearing on advance notice informs the Court that the present petition seeking stay of invocation of the bank guarantees (BGs) in question is premature. According to him, the issue concerning grant of extension of time and other issues are under consideration before the Committee of three Chief General Managers.
3. In the circumstances, the Court finds that no reason to entertain the prayer O.M.P. (I) (COMM.) 20/2017
in the present petition. Nevertheless it is directed that if the Respondents seek to invoke any of the three BGs in question, one week's advance notice will be given to the Petitioner. This is of course subject to the Petitioner keeping the said BGs alive.
