O R D E R

% 27.02.2019 The parties have entered into an amicable settlement in terms whereof the petitioner has handed over the following demand draft/cheque to the counsel for the respondent:

1. Demand Draft bearing No. 011866 drawn on HDFC Bank, Sec.15, Faridabad, Haryana for an amount of Rs.6,66,000.00.

2. Cheque bearing No. 004927 drawn on HDFC Bank, Sec.15, Faridabad, Haryana for an amount of Rs.27,00,000.00.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these instruments shall be duly honoured on presentation. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this settlement has been arrived at against a sum of Rs.83,40,816.90 awarded by the Arbitrator in paragraph 16 of the Impugned Award.

The above instruments have been accepted by the counsel for the respondent in terms of the settlement which has been arrived at before the

Mediator.
