Learned ASC (Crl.) for the State submits that the learned Trial Court has already passed order directing in-camera proceedings and the petitioner's grievance in this regard already stands satisfied. 2.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek remedy, if he is still aggrieved by the actions of any third party. Appropriate proceedings may be filed for the same, which may be considered in accordance with law, as and when filed.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
