The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.1 and 2, to demolish the unauthorized construction being carried out at property bearing no.10145, Katra Chajju Pandit, Karol Bagh, New Delhi (hereinafter 'subject property') by the respondent no.3. 2.
It is alleged that the construction is taking place without any sanctioned plan and the respondent no.3, has constructed floors far in excess of what is permissible under the building bye-laws. 3.
Mr. Kapil Dutta, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no.1 and 2/ MCD, submits that the subject property is being constructed pursuant to a sanctioned plan dated 11th March, 2025.

no.1 and 2/ MCD, shall inspect the said property to ensure that the construction is being carried out in accordance with the sanctioned plan. 4.
In the event there are any deviations, appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with law.
