BAIL APPLN. 98/2018 Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail. FIR No.0612/2017 has been registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 323/341/452/506 read with Section 34 of the IPC. There are four co-accused.

Learned counsel for petitioner points out that except for the offence under Section 452 of the IPC all other offences are bailable. He had no role to play. He had only gone to see the incident. Learned APP for the State disputes this position. His submission is that the petitioner was amongst one of the four persons who had entered the Fun Cinema premises and demanded to watch

the movie without any ticket. Submission is that the petitioner along with co-accused came there and they being bouncers in adjacent area had tried to coerce the complainant. He further points out that the role of the petitioner has been covered in the CCTV footage. The CCTV footage has been perused. The role of the petitioner appears to be prima facie evident. No ground for anticipatory protection is made out. Dismissed.
