O R D E R

% 16.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter which led to registration of FIR No. 771/2014 under Sections 354A/354B/506 IPC at police station Vivek Vihar on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is further submitted that with the intervention of common friends and family members, petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Gaurav of police station Vivek Vihar. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force,

pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
