O R D E R

% 07.01.2020 In reply to a specific Court query, it is informed on behalf of the State by the learned APP that the charge sheet would be filed within a period of two weeks.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the directions dated 01.08.2019 qua the deposit of a total sum of Rs.1,00,000/- have since been complied with.

A status report has already been submitted previously as indicated vide a report dated 10.10.2019 under the signatures of the SHO, PS Nabi Karim as also indicated vide the copy of the order dated 09.10.2019 of the learned MM, Mahila Court-01, Central District, THC, Delhi in relation to FIR No.293/2018 that a sum of Rs.50,000/- had been deposited in the form of an FDR bearing No.348731 dated 05.10.2019.

A further status report has now been submitted on behalf of the State indicating that a balance sum of Rs.50,000/- in the form of an FDR bearing No.348764 dated 19.12.2019 has been deposited in terms of order dated 10.10.2019 before the learned Trial Court as also indicated vide the copy of the proceedings dated 23.12.2019 in relation thereto, in as much as, the investigation in the matter is virtually complete, the applicant in the event of arrest is allowed to be released on bail on filing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with directions that he shall not leave the country. The amount deposited by the petitioner in compliance of directions dated 01.08.2019 read with order dated 10.10.2019 shall continue to remain deposited in the form of an FDR before the learned Trial Court and is directed to be put into an auto renewal mode, the release of which would be determined on the conclusion of the trial.

The application stands disposed of.
