By way of the present bail application, the applicant seeks grant of interim bail for a period of 90 days, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 111/2022 dated 04.04.2022, registered at Police Station Lahori Gate, North District, Delhi, for the offence punishable under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') on the ground of surgery of his mother. 2.
The medical verification report of the mother of the applicant has been received, which reflects that the surgery of the mother of the applicant herein was conducted on 18.03.2025.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the mother of the applicant has not been discharged yet.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 11.03.2025 for a period of ten days from date, on the same terms and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
