MAT.APP.(F.C.) 13/2019 The appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by the Family Court by which the objections raised by the appellant with regard to the income affidavit filed by the respondent/wife was rejected by the Family Court. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the affidavit filed by the respondent/wife is incomplete and it does not disclose the correct and true income of the respondent, more particularly, with respect to the properties purchased, sold, consideration received during the time of the marriage. We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant. While we find no ground to interfere in the order passed by the Family Court, we make it clear that the objections so raised by the appellant would be

considered by the Family Court while considering the application filed by the respondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. With these observations, the appeal stands disposed of. CM.APPL 1752/2019 also stands disposed of.
