This is a petition filed under Section 11 and 12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 seeking the following prayer(s):- "A. Initiate proceedings against Contemnors in accordance with the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, for deliberate and wilful disobedience of order dated 16.02.2026 passed by this Hon'ble Court in case titled Meenu Rathi v. Fedbank Financial Services Limited [W.P.(C) 241/2026]. ..." 2.

In W.P.(C) 241/2026 vide order dated 16.02.2026 in paragraph No. 7, this Court had directed that, till the next date of hearing, the payment of the EMI shall remain suspended.

Ms. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that despite the order, the representatives of the respondents visited the residence of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petitioner seeking repayment of EMIs and threatened to auction the property.

Mr. Kohli, learned counsel appears for the contemnor(s), along with Mr. Daksh Kwatra, Authorised Representative of Fedbank Financial Services Limited i.e., contemnor No.1.

Mr. Daksh Kwatra, Authorised Representative of Fedbank Financial Services Limited, states that he has the highest possible regard for the Court and tenders his unconditional and unqualified apology for any infraction of the order of this Court and undertakes not to repeat it in future. He further states that the order shall be followed in its true letter, spirit and intent and assures that he will not visit any of the houses of the petitioner.

The said statement is taken on record.

Additionally, Mr. Daksh Kwatra, Authorised Representative of Fedbank Financial Services Limited, shall file an affidavit tendering unconditional apology within 1 week from today. 8.

In case the affidavit is not placed on record within 1 week from today, the file shall be put up by the Registry.

With these directions, the present contempt petition is disposed of, along with pending applications, if any.
