The present matter is listed upon the receipt of letter dated 02.04.2026 by the concerned learned Family Court-02, South Saket, Delhi which, vide order dated 10.02.2026 was requested to dispose of the present application within a period of six weeks. 2.

Considering the request made, the learned Family Court is, once again, requested to dispose of the application pending before it at the earliest, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.
