Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prosecutrix has already been examined and he seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to move a bail application before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present bail application.
