The present application has been filed by the defendant no.1 seeking return of the original documents filed along with written statement. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant/defendant no.1 submits that the parties to the present suit were referred to the mediation where they arrived at a settlement and in terms thereof the present suit was withdrawn by the plaintiff vide order dated 11.07.2024.

He submits that the original documents filed by the defendant no.1 are the title documents which are required by the defendant no.1. 4.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff/non-applicant submits that the plaintiffs have no objection in case the documents are ordered to be returned. 5.
