% 16.01.2019 Notice. Mr.Sameer Vashisht, learned ASC enters appearance on behalf of respondents and accepts notice.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents be directed to de-seal the premises bearing Khasra No.257, village Siraspur, Delhi, enabling the petitioners to remove the goods lying therein. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection. Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the prayer made by petitioners is allowed. The petitioners are directed to remove the goods lying in the premises in question within a period of five days in the presence of concerned BDO, North. The removal of the goods shall start from 17.01.2019 at 10:00 am onwards, thereafter, the premises be re-sealed after a period of five days.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of. As prayed, copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
