% 09.07.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 22nd May, 2015 on the terms and conditions as recorded in the Settlement Agreement which is marked as Mark 'C-1'. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. It is admitted by the plaintiff's counsel that the settlement amount has already been received. It is further submitted that suit be disposed of as withdrawn in terms of Clause 6(e) of Mark 'C-1'. Suit is disposed of as not pressed.

Since parties have settled the matter before the Mediation Centre let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act and in this regard certificate shall be issued by the Registry. A.K. PATHAK, J JULY 09, 2015/rs
