Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3, namely, Ms. Gudia and Ms. Gyanti Devi are present in Court and accept notice. They have been identified by SI Babu Lal of police station Okhla Industrial Area. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are related to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issues, which led to registration of cross FIRs. With the interventions of elders in the family, petitioners and respondent nos.

and have settled their disputes amicably;

therefore, FIR no. 522/2018 under Sections 323/354/506/34 IPC registered at police station Okhla Industrial Area and consequent proceedings

emanating therefrom may be quashed. It is further submitted that petition for quashing of cross FIR no. 523/2018 under Sections 323/354/506/34 IPC registered at police station Okhla Industrial Area is also listed today and the has been allowed in view of the compromise.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 admit having settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and say that they have no objection in case aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners. Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 and 3 are there on record.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR registered at police station Okhla Industrial Area and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
