Ms. Sakshi Sachdeva, learned counsel for the revisionist states that since after filing of the revision petition, charge-sheet has been filed before the JJB and therefore she seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh bail application before the ld. JJB. 2.
The statement made by learned counsel on behalf of the revisionist is taken on record. The applications are allowed and the revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.
The date earlier fixed stands cancelled.
