One injured was discharged from the hospital same day and other was discharged next day. Petitioner is in custody since 29th October, 2018. Allegations, in the FIR, are that petitioner and co-accused gave beatings to both the injured with dandas.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
