% 20.03.2019 By the present application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 419/2018 under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station - Burari. Learned APP for the State submits that charge sheet has already been filed and charges have been framed under Section 324/307 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application.
