% 25.01.2019 On the last date of hearing, a submission had been made by Mr. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to the effect that the representation dated 14th November, 2018, had been finally decided by the DDE. Only today, Mr. Srivastava appearing for the DDE submits that the said statement was inadvertently wrongly made and only the interim order, which was already reproduced by me in my order dated 21st January, 2019, was issued. He seeks eight weeks further time to decide the representation of the petitioner. The time sought, in my view is exorbitant, as the representation was made almost 21⁄2 months back in November, 2018. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to dispose of the

petitioner's representation dated 14th November, 2018 within a period of four weeks from today and to communicate a copy thereof to the petitioner as soon as it is decided.
