Mr. Singh, ld. APP for the State, on instructions, submits that only the last witness, namely SI Jagbir Singh remains to be examined for which the matter is fixed before Trial Court on 17.08.2024. 2.

At this stage, ld. counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application. She however, contends that the matter was listed on earlier occasions also for the testimony of the I.O. but he has failed to appear. She assures that she would cross-examine the said witness on the same day.

Ld. APP for the State states that necessary steps would be taken for examination of the said witness on the next date of hearing. 4.

Bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
