This is petition u/S. 27 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for summoning of witnesses as mentioned in para 7 of the petition. Permission for filing the present petition has been granted by Ld. Arbitrator vide order dated 03.02.2025.

Ld. Counsel for Respondent has stated that he has no objection to the present petition.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has stated that the date mentioned as 18.02.2025 before the Ld. Arbitrator has been changed to 20.03.2025 but rest of the dates i.e. 05.03.2025 and 11.03.2025 remain the same and the summons may be issued to the witnesses accordingly. O.M.P.
