The grievance of the petitioner was adequately dealt with by the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate [SDM] who has passed an order on 06.12.2024. Now the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the directions are not being complied with by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi [MCD] officials.

The said submission is opposed by learned counsel appearing for the MCD and he submits that the directions are being fully adhered to. 3.

In any case, if the SDM finds that the MCD is in disobedience of any of the directions, an appropriate action can be taken. 4.

The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the concerned SDM to point out the further grievance, if any.
