The Writ petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking settingaside of the order dated 27.01.2026 (hereafter 'impugned order'), passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereafter 'Tribunal') in O.A. 3745/2025. 4.
We have heard the learned counsels representing the parties at length.

There is consensus amongst the learned counsels that the learned Tribunal has, inadvertently, granted certain reliefs which were not prayed for by the Respondents, probably under the influence of its The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. previous judgment dated 19.01.2026 in which similar facts were involved.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid position, the impugned order passed by the learned Tribunal on 27.01.2026, is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the learned Tribunal for fresh adjudication. Efforts to be made by the learned Tribunal to expeditiously decide the O.A.

It is further clarified that, the interim protection granted to the Respondents by way of the impugned order, shall continue to operate for a period of one month only, subject to any further order which may be passed by the learned Tribunal after hearing the parties. 8.
The parties through their counsel are directed to appear before the learned Tribunal on 09.03.2026.

The concerned Registrar is directed to list the matter before the appropriate Bench on the date fixed.
10.
The petition stands disposed of, in the aforesaid terms, along with the pending application(s), if any.

The order passed today shall be communicated to the concerned Registrar.
