The present petitions have been listed before this Court based on an office noting. It emerges from the record that this Court vide its order dated 03.07.2019 while remanding the matters back to the Tribunal had directed the Tribunal to decide the disputes afresh within a period of three months. The said period has already expired and a request has been received from the Presiding Officer of the Tribunal for extension of time.

It has been pointed out in the said request letter that the

Presiding Officer while dealing with the Labour Court cases was also dealing with the cases of EPF and, therefore, the matters could not be decided within the time granted by this Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the request for extension of time.

Accordingly, the Tribunal is granted further three months time reckoned from today to decide the disputes in terms of this Court's order dated 03.07.2019.
