% 17.02.2025 The solitary grievance of the writ petitioner is a failure on the part of the respondents to dispose of the refund application which was made on 27 November 2024.
Mr. Ojha, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that subject to due verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the pending application shall be duly examined and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three weeks from today. The statements so made is recorded and accepted.
