O R D E R

% 21.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested in this case pursuant to the disclosure statement in some other case. It is further contended that complainant did not make any statement before the police for five days even though he was contacted by the Investigating Officer. After five days complainant has come up with a statement that on 29.05.2018 some people hit him and took away his bag and when he shouted chor chor they fired at him. Learned counsel further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner on the ground that petitioner had refused to participate in the TIP proceedings, inasmuch as, he is involved in another case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigations are

complete and charge-sheet has been filed.

Therefore, it is prayed that petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
