This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a) Issue a Writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to pass a reasoned order deciding the Post Confirmation Petition U/s 117(2) of the BSF Act preferred by the Petitioner against Findings and Sentence of the Ld. GSFC and Revision GSFC conducted in respect of the Petitioner; and (b) Award the cost of Litigation in favour of the Petitioner;"
