% 04.02.2019 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court.

Having perused the contents of the petition and the no objection expressed by the respondent, the time for making of the Award is extended by a period of nine months with effect from 05.09.2018.
