% 17.01.2019 Learned counsel for petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of ten days to attend the marriage of his brother which is slated for tomorrow. The trial court has already granted custody parole to enable petitioner to attend the lagan ceremony of his brother which is slated for today. Upon hearing, I find that no case for grant of interim bail to petitioner is made out.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
