The learned counsel for the petitioner draws this Court's attention to the fact that the complainant in this case has not been examined as yet, despite the accused being in judicial custody for last about two years. The learned Trial Court is directed to ensure that the complainant and eye witnesses are examined on the next date of hearing. 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that she does not want to press the present bail application and seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 3.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
