% 15.03.2016 CRL.M.C. 145/2016 & Crl.M.A.No.579/2016 (for stay) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the complainant has withdrawn the complaint bearing C.C. No.7500/2015 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, thus, the present petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the same. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
