% 08.05.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 330/2013, under Sections 498A/406/34 of IPC, registered at police station Tilak Nagar, Delhi is sought on merits in this petition.

Petitioner No. 1-Ashish Chhabra, appearing on behalf of remaining petitioners as well, and chooses to make submission on merits. It is submitted that charges have not been yet framed by trial court. Since petitioners have an alternate and efficacious remedy to urge the pleas taken herein before trial court at the charge stage, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to quash the FIR in question.
