% 17.01.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners states, on instructions, that since the matter at item no.8 of the agenda is yet to be considered by the respondent no.1, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take legal recourse as permissible under law on the same facts as set out in the petition, when a decision is taken by the respondent no.1 on the aforesaid aspect.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications with liberty as prayed for.
