% 10.01.2025 I.A. 430/2025 (Application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC) 1.

A joint application has been filed by plaintiff and the defendant under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC for passing a decree in terms of settlement, arrived at, between the parties, contained in the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 06th December 2024, which has been appended along with application. 2.

The Court has perused the said settlement and finds it to be lawful and in order. The settlement has been signed by the parties as well, application is supported by an affidavit. Both, plaintiff and defendants are present before the Court and confirm the settlement.

The parties shall be bound by terms of the settlement. A decree be drawn up in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
