O R D E R

% 04.02.2019 Petitioner has joined the investigation. He has also handed over his mobile phone to the Investigating Officer.

Learned APP for the State submits that the mobile phone of the petitioner has already been sent to CFSL to verify whether any such video clip existed in the mobile phone at any point of time. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prosecutrix is a married women with three children. The prosecutrix has alleged that petitioner had committed rape on 22nd June, 2018. However, the FIR has been lodged after six months, i.e., on 19th December, 2018.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
